Painted postcard series
These paintings measure approximately 4" x 6" and began as white watercolor paper. They incorporate straight watercolor painting, stamping and lifting techniques to arrive at the distressed, antique feel. They are all framed to approximately 11" x 14".

This series began with a trip to an old building slated for renovation. The layers of paint, plaster, wood and brick was the initial inspiration. Once I began, I saw layers of color and texture in everything from the building next door to the seaside! I hope you enjoly them. Again, most are available for sale. Contact me for purchase information. Some are framed, many are not and they vary greatly in size.
